Starting on July 5, 2025, America's Mountain Festival will be an annual music festival in the heart of Woodland Park, Colorado. It will feature a lineup of top-notch country-western performers. This is a family-friendly event that encourages community connections and is fun for everyone -- local citizens and those who travel to attend.  Welcome!

America's Mountain Festival will be held downtown Woodland Park, CO. 201 Saddle Club Drive. The event will be easily accessible by public transport and car. 

We are currently working on the timeline.  Once we have it locked in we will post here on the website and our social media platforms..

This is an all-ages festival. Children under 10 are FREE, over 10, must purchase a ticket.

Licensed service animals are allowed only; emotional support animals are not allowed.

There will be medical and security personnel at the Festival during show hours.

Anywhere else in Woodland Park, call 911.

• Standard sized purses, bags and backpacks 
• Blankets, sheets, towels
• Cameras (basic point and shoot consumer-grade cameras)
• Binoculars
• Strollers
• Folding lawn chairs, cloth chairs (NO solid metal chairs)
• Small, hand-held personal umbrellas
• Unopened bottles of water, plastic will be allowed in. 
• Please Note: All bags, cases, and cameras will be subject to search by security staff before entry.

• No glass of any kind
• No outside food or beverages of any kind (if severe allergies are an issue, please contact info@americasmountainfestival.com prior to the festival. 
• No hard bottles (water bottles) allowed
• NO COOLERS.  You will be asked to take them back to your vehicle
• Please use food truck vendors and bars for all food, non-alcoholic and alcoholic purchases
• NO family size umbrellas or tents

Yes, as long as you wear your wristband.

America's Mountain Festival complies with Colorado law regarding firearms. Guests are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Any unsafe, threatening, or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the event.

• Motorized chairs/wheelchairs permitted for ADA patrons 

• Your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with America’s Mountain Festival/Tava House Productions, LLC and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising.
• By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.
