.NO REFUNDS will be granted under any circumstance.  No exceptions.  

This event is rain or shine event.  

Any payments made to America’s Mountain Festival or Tava House Enterprises LLC are not refundable for any reason, including, without limitation, illness, acts of God, travel-related problems, acts of terrorism, loss of employment, scheduling conflict, and similar situations.  If the event cannot be completed due to conditions outside of our control, rescheduling might occur with the acceptance of the purchased ticket.

• Attendees over the age of 10 MUST have a ticket. 

• Kids 10 and UNDER are free

• TicketSauce is the ONLY ticketing agency used by the America's Mountain Festival. Tickets for sale on other websites (AXS, StubHub, etc...) will not be honored.  Tickets can be transferred through TicketSauce by contacting customer service.

• It is unlawful to obtain or attempt to obtain admission by fraud.  All such admissions or attempted admissions will be prosecuted to the fullest extent allowed by law.  Security has the right to check ticket stubs while on the facility.  Ticket stubs are subject to search after entry.

• You may bring in lawn chairs (no metal) and/or blankets. NO UMBRELLAS OR CANOPIES.
